The cards are here to guide you through our Swing Set Circuit™. Consider each card a "station" and work through the cards one at a time. Once you have finished performing all 6 exercises, go back to the beginning and start again. Do as much or as little as you have time to complete.
We have also included fun, healthy tips for moms on the back of each card.
Your Mom's Swing Set Circuit™ is meant to go wherever you go. The cards are tear-proof, water proof and kid-proof. Simply attach the lanyard to your stroller so you don't forget.
Simply wrap the looped end of the lanyard around your stroller handle, pass your cards through the opening, and pull tight. Voilá! Your cards are ready to travel.
