Join us for the very best start to keep your fitness building for Spring and into Summer! We will mix cardio with resistance for an all-around, energetic workout. For those of you who enjoy the outdoors, come workout with a non-competitive; fun group of women.
Tuesday October 7, 2008 to December 16, 2008 6:30pm to 7:45 pm (11 weeks) $165 plus tax
Thursday October 9, 2008 to December 18, 2008 6:30pm to 7:45pm (11 weeks) $150 plus tax
(no class Thanksgiving)
Both classes per week for 11 weeks $300 plus tax

| Seattle Half Marathon Training ....the Goddess Way |
The Healthy Goddess has a very special "Goddess" training program just for you. Not only will you get the program and the help you need to finish your half marathon feeling great, but you will also get all of the pampering required to make yourself feel goddess like after! Our package is like no other.
What you get:
- 10 weeks of training including your own training booklet with running workouts and resistance training program designed to keep you injury free.
- Progressive, supported Saturday morning runs with a your coach. (Locations will vary, but all will be in central Seattle ie Greenlake, Montlake, etc.)
- Weekly yoga for runners class Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm.
- Expert shoe fitting at Seattle Running Company.
- Private Shopping (with a discount) spree at lucy U-Village store so you look HOT in the race!
- Post race massage.
- Support and encouragement from The Healthy Goddess and your training team.

YOUR Neighborhood Class |
Ever wish you could just walk out your front door and be at your workout place? We can help you make that wish come true! Our new program is designed so that we come to you, in your neighborhood, with your friends and neighbors. Here are the details of how this program works.
- You get the group together (we need a minimum of 6)
- Together, your group decides where you want to meet, what time and how long.
- Call us, and we will be there to lead the workouts. The workout level will depend upon the level and goals of your group. We can adjust to any level. We bring the equipment and programming.
- Cost depends upon number of weeks, number of participants, and length of your workout, but the average is beteween $10 - $15 per class.

- Neighborhoods programs available will vary, and currently include: Greenlake, Mt. Baker, Madrona, Madison Park, Bellevue and Kirkland.

Goddess Yoga |
Gain flexibility, focus and inner calm through a graceful sequence of strong and restorative yoga poses at this women-only yoga class in the hatha flow style. Designed to complement the full line-up of classes offered by The Healthy Bride & The Healthy Goddess, including The Healthy Goddess half marathon and triathlon training, this class will create an avenue into the basics for those fresh to yoga and more challenging options for those who are more experienced. Breona will bring her experience with yoga and other athletic pursuits to the mat to provide balance, support and new ways to stretch and strengthen muscles you didn't even know you had. Build community, have fun and learn more about specific poses and areas of the body as we shift our focus over the course of each six-week series. Plus, learn simple poses and relaxation techniques to take home. All women and levels welcome.

Hard Core Bootcamp |
This class is for those who love to run, but are looking for a little more "push". We run stairs, hills and sometimes trails. We do lunges, pushups and arm circles. We try to continue to challenge ourselves througout the 6 week session. We also have fun!
We meet in a different location each week, so along with getting a terrific workout, you also might learn new places to go on your own. (you will want to run 4 miles at an 11 minute mile pace comfortably to join this class).

Goddess Triathlon Training |
This program is designed for women looking for a fun, supportive training group where you won't feel intimidated and you will feel ready for the challenge at the starting line, and fully fulfilled when you cross the finish line! Our program is like no other and includes 8 weeks of training in Seattle locations (Greenlake area, Seward Park, Lake Washington, Mercer Island (bike rides):
- Weekly coached workouts
- Pool Session - Greenlake pool just us!
- Open Water Swims
- Bicycle Fitting Session
- Bicycle skills and drills
- Online program for each day of the week
- Running sessions
- "Brick" sessions
- Transition training
- Yoga Class (Tuesday evenings)
- Goddess T-Shirt

- Running shoe fitting at Seattle Running Company
- Spa package you can use after your race!
You will also learn how to dress, what to eat, and how much water is enough and not too much.
We are not targeting any specific triathlon with our training schedule, but will finish around the time of the most popular races in the Seattle area including Lake Paddon; Danskin; Seafair; Whidbey Island Tri ; or check out the schedule at RaceCenter.com

Group Sessions Make Up Policy:
You are welcome to attend any Healthy Bride and/or Healthy Goddess class as a make up. You must complete your make up classes within the 6 week session you are registered.
Group Sessions Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation 7 days or more prior to class start date: 100% refund less $4.00 handling fee.
Cancellation 7 days prior and after session start date: no refund will be given.
