Your high school track career was glorious — if brief. (You were forced into early retirement when you contracted scabies after a make-out session on the high-jump mat.)

But there’s nothing stopping you from lacing up again. Especially with Christi Masi’s new Vancouver Half Marathon women’s training group.

You recognize Masi’s name from the über-popular Healthy Bride group fitness classes. Her fans love her super fun, safe, and results-getting approach.

No experience (or engagement ring) required for the ten-week program. In addition to supportive Saturday morning runs, participants get individualized workouts, private shoe fittings at Seattle Running Company, discounts and shopping excursions to Lucy, weekly yoga classes, hotel rooms in Vancouver, and in-room post-race massages.

Sound good but not sure you can commit? Training starts March 1, so you have a few days to mull it over.
